Sigma Gamma Sigma Sorority Inc. Big Sister of the month is someone who’s been a ride or die and loyal sister since day one,and that person is MzFierce Dereham ,Our Queen aka Big Sister Sweetness34.

MzFierce was apart of Divas Inc. Sisterhood  for a year before we became GREEK In July 2012, and since her crossing in 2011,she’s been on a mission to bond with her fellow sisters. Her amazing creative ideas has made each sister like her for what she brings to the table. Upon becoming GREEK,and Fierce moving up her rank to Empress now Queen,she showed us her leadership skills,and how well she manage to lead a group. Since Summer 2013,she’s been our Lead Pledge Master,and even with a busy fulled SL and RL Schedule,she still manages to be there for our fellow pledges with every pledge line we formed. Fierce we love you,and we thank you for your continuous support,love and devotion toward SGS,we appreciate everything you do,and that why we choose you as big sister of the month,We Love You! SGS For Life!

Welcome New ΣΓΣ Big Sisters: Summer 2014 Pledge Line “Trilogy Of Excellence”

 

Sigma Gamma Sigma Summer 2014 Pledge Line “”Trilogy Of Excellence” Started Off With 7 Girls who wanted to join a group of strong women,but as the weeks rolled by only the strong survived. It was a huge challenge at first,but as the mins,hours,and days went by our fellow pledges came into their own. First Week Of Pledge  Was amazing,they learned all about themselves with lessons to define their style,and learn all about SGS As A Whole. They came into their own,as they gave their own spot in the pledge house,they own look to fit their personality.

As The Dayss Went By,The Pledges Were getting use to be in the house,and were becoming more at home for them,the pledge masters really was enjoying the time spent the with fellow pledges. Even though it was a stressful as first these fellow ladies manage to make it though and became closer to one another. We took them to lunch and breakfast and trips,they got to knew us as women and enjoy the time we spent with one another.

As the days rolled by Hell Night was in full effect,and our pledges where asked a series of questions about Sigma Gamma Sigma,to see if they remember our history,colors,motto etc.

After Hell Night,we had our annual pledge dinner,to go over how the entire pledge experience was as whole. Our Fellow Pledges Invited their own personal guest,as our fellow SGS Big Sisters came dress up in amazing grown and sexy wear,as we ate,mingle and enjoy each other conversation. It was nice to just chill in an elegant setting and get to know these ladies more.

On tuesday 7/22/2014 was the day these fellow ladies were finally crossing over into Sigma Gamma Sigma Sorority as official big sisters,and they were very excited. We started our ceremony off with our fellow sister Shortcake,as she welcome our fellow SGS Big Sisters and Family and friends. Our Founder Akatforlife gave our fellow guest our history,as our sisters Sassy and Allison Read Amazing Poetry about Sisterly Bond. It was time for Founder MzLadyt to read the crossing speech before Founder Akat graced the stage again and read over the Official SGS Bylaws. We were finally happy to present SGS Summer 2014 Pledge Line trilogy of excellence to our guests,and they are now known as:

It was now time to celebrate our brand new SGS Big Sisters In Style….We put on our swim wear and luau gear and got down on our beach for our infamous after party featuring DOPE Awards 2014 Best Female DJ Winner Serenity Groove’s Own “DJ Cinfull”,on the ones and twos giving up amazing tunes. We was happy to have our new sister finally chill out and enjoy themselves!

Sevyn has been a huge supporter of SGS Since she was pledging during our ΣΓΣ Spring 2014 Pledge Line “Vivacious Beauties”,always on a mission to show just why she’s a loyal person. From her amazing creative fashion and decor skills,from the start she’s been on a mission to show her fellow sisters how helpful she can be to amazing projects that is brought her way to SGS. Business Woman,Wife and sister are just a few key roles she play in this every day life we called second life. She speaks her mind for the good of SGS,and always up for a good fun sisterly time with her fellow sisters.  Having her apart of SGS has been a great pleasure,and we are so grateful to have her. Happy 1 & 2 Year Anniversary ΣΓΣ Summer Pledges Lines 2012’s Alpha Goddesses & 2013’s Vibrant Vixens

Since Becoming GREEK,Sigma Gamma Sigma Sorority have crossover tons of sisters,but those are a few who have stayed with us no matter what,and we just wanna show them our huge appreciation!

Our Very 1st Pledge Line Once Divas was into the GREEK Community,was our 2012 Summer Pledge Line “Alpha Goddesses”. We Crossed Over  4 Sisters,but due to issues 2 of those ladies are no longer with us,and we wish them well. Our very 1st Pledge Line As a GREEK Organization was different,considering two of our main founders was on a huge break due to RL,and we manage to stay in touch with them via FB. It was hard running a pledge line,but we manage to pull through,and create a line that was very strong. Our Sisters who remain with us until this day from that pledge Line is Ms Valerie Volare aka Big Sister  Sparkle & Lorielle Briana aka Big Sister Quiet Storm,we love you sisters.

Our Summer 2013 Pledge Line the “Vibrant Vixens” were our very first huge pledge line since our 2 main founders returned to second life,and the 1st line they were apart of. We Crossover 8 Sisters and only 4 remain with us. Due to conflicting issue,and being inactive 4 of those ladies are no longer with us,and we wish them well. Our Summer 2013 Pledge Line was very strong,and supportive. Our Sisters who remain with us,and they are still loyal,active since day one Is Dimplez Gant aka Big Sister Frisky, Diamonique Carter aka Big Sister  Sophisticated One,Neveah Faith aka Big Sister Pink & Manadalyn1 aka Big Sister Divine. We Love you sisters. June 10th is their anniversary date..so congrats!!

Our ΣΓΣ Big Sister Of The Month is someone who’s strong minded,supportive,,kind and friendly and that person is Feisty Damiano aka Big Sister Sassy Ass.

In Just 3 Months Sassy will make her 1 year mark as a Big Sister For SGS,and during her course of the year she has really grown into this sorority as a whole. Since
being name ΣΓΣ Secretary & Pledge Master In January 2014, she’s been on mission to show just how far her loyalty runs deep in SGS. Being In tons of magazines,and supporting other GREEKs on behalf of SGS,she always make sure to give this sorority what we need,and that’s a sister’s who’s always supportive. Her Undeniable Support towards other sisters in SGS,has made her bond closer to them,and made them admired her as a strong leader in her own right. No matter what,she always manages to make sure SGS keep the positive,and get rid of negative whenever it comes SGS Way.We are happy to have a sister like her,and we love you Big Sister Sassy Ass..and we know you will be an SGS Sister For Life!

Syxx has been a huge supporter of SGS Since she was pledging during our ΣΓΣ Spring 2014 Pledge Line “Vivacious Beauties”,always on a mission to show just why she’s a loyal person. During the course of her time with Sigmas she has been a fun loving spirit,giving in every aspect of sisterhood. Her creative talents,and amazing ideas have made the sisters of Sigmas see her in a different light,which make them happy to have Syxx as a sister. Since Crossing During Our Winter 2012 Line “Snow Vixens”,Marlee has been on a mission to show just why she a ΣΓΣ Big Sister for life. Always giving amazing advice,shopping trips,and amazing idea,is what make her a great match for ΣΓΣ. No matter how long she’s gone,or taking a break,she always come back ready for her ΣΓΣ Sisters,and being apart of amazing organization. Being in a sisterhood is all about being real and loyal,and she has shown that on many occasions,which make her bond with her ΣΓΣ sisters tighter. Welcome New ΣΓΣ Big Sisters: Spring 2014 Pledge Line ” Vivacious Beauties”

Sigma Gamma Sigma Spring 2014 Pledge Line “Vivacious Beauties” Was The First Time SGS Had a 2 Week Long Term Pledge Process,and the first time the pledges live in the pledge house. It was a huge challenge at first,but as the mins,hours,and days went by our fellow pledges came into their own.  First Week Of Pledge Were Was amazing,they learn all about themselves with lessons to define their style,and learn all about SGS As A Whole. They came into their own,as they gave their own spot in the pledge house,they own look to fit their personality.

As The Day Went By,The Pledges Were getting use to be in the house,and were becoming more at home for them,the pledge masters really was enjoying the time spent the with fellow pledges. It was time to end pledge week,and Haze Night was here,and the founder and pledge masters was ready to see who had what it take to become a big sister. We had a few things to torture our fellow pledges,and trust me,they impressed us with doing everything. We sang our Haze Chant,as we gave our pledges their questions..and if they got it wrong.a haze punishment they receive. Overall,it was a lot of fun,and we grew closer to our pledges after this night.

Monday,3/24/2014 was the night these fellow young ladies were waiting for the last 2-3 weeks,and it was finally here! They were finally become SGS Big Sisters,and in excitement we all was in. SGS Founder MzLadyT,chant on mic as the pledges made their wait to the stage to pose until they reveal themselves as their new big sister names. Pledge Master Sassy aka Big Sister Sassy Ass,gave us the purpose of pledge week,while Founder Akatfolife aka Big Sister Sho You Right,gave us the official probate crossover speech. It was time for Founder LadyT To give our fellow pledge the oath,which they accepted and was proud doing it. After leaving the SGS Pledge Group,and accepting their new big sister tag,it was time for them to introduce themselves to our crowd,and now they are known as:

It was now time to celebrate our new Big Sisters,so we go dress in our club gear,to party it up in our purple passion club,as DOPE Nominated Breakout DJ Clayco,gave us amazing tunes. The Pledges was in hype mode all night,and we were happy to finally greet them as our sisters,since they were no longer pledges.

Since Crossing During ΣΓΣ  Winter 2013 “Sophisticated Ladies” Pledge Line, Majestic has been a fun,giving person. She wanted to join a group of women who accepts her and love her all at once. Owner Of One Of The Longest Running Open Mic Lounge On The Grid,Rhythm & Rhyme,she has shown her ΣΓΣ Sisters,just how dedicated she has been to the business world of second life. Just like her Big Sister Name,her “Go Getta” attitude has show others,not only will she manage to give more and do for her sisterhood in every area,but she will be the voice to make sure they stay there. Always supporting no matter what occurs during her rl or sl,she’s there when you need her,and gives amazing advice when it’s needed. She’s the type of person you can count on,and will never let you down. We are happy to have her as the big sister of the month for March,thanks for making us proud sister!! We Love You.

Today Mark The 5th Anniversary As Divas For SGS! 5 Year Ago Today Divas Inc Sisterhood,Now Known As Sigma Gamma Sigma was created on the SL Grid to have an organization where woman are united as one,have loyalty and trustworthy! Like Most Sisterhoods/Sororities every moral was tested,and though it out,we still have veteran Divas who are still with us since day one. As we embarked into GREEK Life,we manage to learn more about ourselves,and our sisters. We learn who was truly here for a reason,and the ones who just was here for a season,we are happy with the group of women we have now. We are one,we are strong, we are Sigma Gamma Sigma!
